The Dual Hound (デュアルハウンド, Dyuaru Haundo?) is a high-powered gauntlet/melee weapon that first appeared in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

The weapon of the Sephiroth Remnant Loz, the Dual Hound is retractable gauntlet designed to function as a taser weapon with varying degrees of voltage. Capable of sending currents strong enough to shatter stone, the Dual Hound is also used as part of a pseudo Limit Break by Loz, where he fires the weapon into the ground at such a voltage to send an eruption of earth toward a target.
In its retracted state, the weapon serves as a protective gauntlet, covering Loz's left arm. When activated, a handle swivels into the wearer's hand and further activation extracts the gauntlet's "twin-prongs" which release a strong current of energy between them when fired. During Cloud Strife's pursuit of Kadaj in Edge, Loz's Dual Hound and Yazoo's Velvet Nightmare are destroyed by the Fusion Swords.

Description
The Dual Hound (FFVII: AC) is a fist weapon that grants ATK +103 and Increase physical damage against beasts by 25%. It can be obtained from the Midgar's Edge event.
