History
In Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, Petey introduces Li'l Petey to see his new creation, and then when Lil' Petey goes missing, is used to track down the aforementioned little kitten. He then is used (in Robo-Suit Mode) to help save the city from the Beasty Buildings, but he gets destroyed in the battle. Li'l Petey is seen rebuilding him in Dog Man and Cat Kid.
He was built by Petey so that he could take Li'l Petey away from Dog Man's house. After that Petey reprogrammed 80-HD to obey Li'l Petey because he thought Li'l Petey would become evil with his power but instead 80-HD became best friends with Li'l Petey and they were happy being friends, but Petey wasn't, so he put him inside 80-HD as a suit for Li'l Petey. He was broken by Flippy, so Lil' Petey wanted to help fix him. Another time, he got broken by Supa Mecha Philly, but he was bumped by a tower in Japan and recharged.
In Grime and Punishment, he first appears when Dog Man returns to his house after being fired by the New Mayor. He and Li'l Petey invent a helmet that looks like a cat (and can make cat sounds) so Dog Man could disguise himself and become a cop again. Then Petey arrives and teaches Dog Man how to act like a cat.
He is later hired to rebuild Petey and Son in Mothering Heights (due to the damage he did in Grime and Punishment), so he sets to work. Grampa sets off two Sippy Cups and destroys Petey and Son, leaving 80-HD in rubble. He comes back and fights the Sippy Cups, but they regain and one swats him into the other's mouth. The malic acid in the apple juice makes his arms and legs fall off, leaving him a ball. Li'l Petey and Petey would attempt to rebuild him one day after the events of Mothering Heights.
Appearance
80-HD is a tall robot with a sphere like body, a glass helmet, and arms and legs, as well as black sandals. He can also be worn by people, particularly Li'l Petey and Petey, and can do a variety of different things, such as sprouting binoculars from his chest, jumping from high distances, shooting missiles (until Li'l Petey took them out), extending his limbs, playing games, removing his arms and replacing them afterwards and much more.
