Supa-Mecha Philly is a robotic version of Philly, who appeared as the secondary antagonist in Dog Man and Cat Kid. He had a good/evil ray, and Petey changed him to evil after activating him. Petey and Supa-Mecha Philly ended up in a huge clash with Dog Man and his friends. Supa-Mecha Philly was ultimately destroyed by 80-HD, a robot being a friend to Li'l Petey.
