TAGS of mine- GIFT from Lynne and RIBBONS of friendship !

Just want to show you 2 little tags ,I did --the first I made with the paper backing, used to drive a driersheet through my printer...I did not have the results on the driersheets I wanted, .but this looks really special I think.

This is made with a napkin and a transparent copy.

And before going on to the gifts ,-a present from the sea and beach isen`t it fantastic ?Seaweed in white rosa,and green--the colours are fading a bit ,but this must be the laces of nature!

Now, some time ago I recieved the sweetest gift from my friend, dear LYNNE ,

see how sweet she stamped the envelope.

Inside I found the most beautiful packed gifts for me, and some wooden

bricks  used for Bingo cards.

Opening the lovely handcoloured lace and cheese cloth, was one of Lynne`s beautiful tags,using

the wonderful butterfly stamp, again,and decorated with snippets of lace and paper!

Isen`t is so lovely - I do admire Lynne`s art so much.

AND those Bingo cards for me to play with- I have never found bingo cards in Denmark, so I am 

so very happy that my dear friend ,have now send me some, to play with.

 Have you  seen all this - the photoes dosen`t do all of them justice in colours.

But this red velvet one is one of my favorites,  and the whole bunch so Elisabethanien era-like

COLLAGE ON BOOK COVER

I recently was almost gifted with some old photoes, and some empty photo albums-

and was inspired to make this  linen and lace collage ,as I also last week

found a little bag with those wonderful old  lace pinns, some of which as you can see ,

still have thread rolled on.

The photo was a big one, that I cut down, to fit the frame.

I added the linnen thread, and old laces, and embroideries.

I think the bow is somehow not nice here, and that it should have been white, and softer,

so maybe I will change it - I love this old tulip embroidery,with the laces ,such a beautiful work.

This photo I took yesterday evening, from my bedroom window,which is looking out

over the Baltic Sea.The sun was settling and the light was so beautiful.

You can see the start of my Lillac  hedge ,that at last have started blooming and 

smelling heavenly.

I  want to welcome and  thankyou all the new followers, it makes me happy, that you enjoy

visiting and sometimes commenting ,here on my blog.

IT IS ABOUT TIME TO SHOW YOU THE SWEETEST BLOG LOVE GIFT!

NO ,NOT HER, BUT SHE WANTED TO SAY HELLO FIRST-

SHE IS MY NEWEST FAIRY.

NO, HERE IS WHAT I WANT TO SHOW YOU!

My dearest   LIZ  from Lululiz in Lalaland- a wonderful and sweet close friend

( we also sometimes talks on the phone)-

made me so very happy sending this, petite in size but big in friendly love and caring, gift.

Wait a bit, first her beautiful card ,from the sea, so glittering and colourful,- as in the most wonderful Disney cartoons- I love this goddes sailing on her fish in her beautiful ocean.

And in here, in this sweet decorated little paper bag, was this !!!

Something I had admired and Uhhhed and Ahhhhed over on her wonderful blog, when my  sweet friend ,among many other wonders showed this mini box of sweetnes and beauty.

Isen`t it amazing -and even smaller than shown here-lovely tattered and shabby to look at.

In the bottom this so beautiful madonna picture-

and this most gorgeous medaillon with vergin Mary.

Can you tell that this sweet loving friend made my day and made me very happy.

I can`t tell you how  blessed I felt, opening this wonderful gift, knowing  LIZ had send it out of wanting to make me happy, because she knew I loved it.

LIZ dear, thankyou for your beautiful friendship, and for your wonderful gift to me..... I am so grateful .

In a way I think the medaillon belongs in the box, but maybe I would love to use it in a mixed media necklace !

FRIENDS ARE THE BEST MEDICINE

I HAVE PROBABLY SAID THIS BEFORE, BUT I HAD NEVER IMAGINED ALL THE LOVE AND KINDNESS, THAT I WOULD BE MET WITH STARTING BLOGGING!!

My dear friend Yvonne from    Yitte  read on my blog,that I was not feeling well, and wanted to cheer me up, and send off to me the most stunning gifts.

I simply love this beautiful journal cover, she made just for me.The fabrics are wonderful and there are so many lovely details, like my name embroidered .the colour pensils in holder,the sweet mopp buttons in their own frame, and lovely ruffel around the front and bag.

See isen`t it beautifully done!

And I love the spine decorated with buttons and ribbon.

And this is the inside of the cover  with the sweetest card tucked inside.

But that was not enough, also I found this gorgeous collage in the other packet.

it is so very beautiful, so wonderfully textural, and filled with little pearls embroidered onto it.

I wish you could see the lower part better, it is  very thin ,and created with only lots of yarn pieces sewn together -so very beautiful,

I love the colours of spring dear Yvonne used and the piece of nature in the corner.

See the many wonderful layers, and sweet text -the laces and bright colours.

On each packet dear Yvonne had maschine embroidered a tag-this one is filled with lovely lavender

is so beautiful and smells heavenly.

And this is so sweet with the bird bringing the key to Paris.

My very sweet and dear friend, you truly made me feel so much cherished and happy when I opened up all this beauty you made for me.

I can never thank you   enough for the joy you brought me Yvonne- thankyou from my heart ,it is a daily pleasure seing the collage on my wall, and the notebook on my table .

ANGEL ON COLLAGE

I think many of you have folloved Patty`s  Magpie`s Nest, where she so lovingly have shared the most beautiful photoes from her and her husbonds tour to visit Old  San  Juan cemetary.

I surely did and have saved many of their gorgeous photoes, -thankyou my dear Patty.

This is one of my favorites , that I transferred unto fabric and used in this collage.

I love her grey tones and went for colours in white ,grey,black,and soft blue.

I also used my Tim Holz die cut for the wing- I`m sometimes so lucky to be able to find die cuts in danish scrap shops!

Dear Patty I`m thankful for all your so beautiful pictures posted over several weeks for us to use in our art work- thankyou so very much  for your kindnes, I love visiting your blog.

I HAVE BEEN SO BLESSED LATELY

And I want to show you such very beautiful gifts I have recieved in the post.

Having not felt well for some time, they was not posted ,when I recieved  them some time ago-I`m sorry for that,but I know it is understood!

Here is the most beautiful card she made me-this is the inside,I think it is so lovely, and romantic.

And this is the cover ,and some pumpkin seeds she send me. I can`t wait to see,and taste them, if they will grow, so cold here, still !

Here another glance of the stunning fabric,and whitework,that was packed around sweet Suzy`s gift to me!!

Look what this dear woman send me,for the cold dayes in my shop-Suzy knows from our corespondance,that I`m often freezing out there in winter time, and sweetly and lovingly send me this set of wonderfully soft and warm Australian Merino fine wool  blouse and long johns.

It is so beautiful-my colour do not do it real justice,as they are more bright in real.

I can`t wait to use them next winter, and feel warm and cosy ,and blessed, recieving such a loving gift.

those gorgeous earrings I purchased from her some weeks ago, as I loved them at once, seing them, with their bright colours and her stunning fabricmade pearls (on top )

First one of  her beautiful little handmade bags, that I love,with the soft laces and red accents,-and do you see the yummy teas? They tests so good-already gone :)

This is her card ,not done justice here, as the colours are also not as bright as in real.. I love the tecnique,it is so very beautiful,and special .

And this OH MY, so stunning cuff- it is a most beautiful  gorgeous piece

look here,at all the beauty.and her petite embroidered flowers in white! I so love it my dear Sharon.

And over this gorgeous old little mini purce ,in velvet,-I could also not close my mouth for OOOHHSSS ,

and Sharon so dearly filled it with religious old  charms, and a brooch.

In another sweet package was those wonderful earrings, look at those pearls, I love how they are cut.

Beautiful hand embroidered old hankies, and the sweetest ,most lovely old flowers , and the cute old card --Sharon, I so love everything you send me, dearest friend, You found all the treasures for me, and I adore them-

firstly your masterly made, own creations, but also the  beauty from yesteryear, that you know I can`t very often find here.

The earrings have been in my ears many times since I recieved them,and will be alwayes.
