WHAT SWEET LOVELYES CAN THE POST BRING--AND MY FIRST MAKE-DO

 I have met the sweetes friend-Paula, in the community of blogs- and we have become close friends.
She is the most dear woman, and the sweetest soul.
Last week- I recieved a gorgeus packet from her -just looks at this so darling doll, that Paula made for me.

She is so cute. I`m alwayes so happy when recieving a doll from someone, because it is not often,I guess because I sew dolls myself.So this little dear was welcomed with open arms.

But dear Paula, also made me other beautiful things-look at all those packages.

See the lovely strawberry, it is the sweetest ever, and the photo does not do it justice.

I will show you in another post, and the cute pink flowers.

This is the sweetest tag, I love the egg spring theam

A wonderful hanging  "bag" to hide beautiful stuff inside-see the fantastic old lace,and beautiful rosy fabric.

And a most sweet banner made from old doilies , such a sweet idea.

And look at this lovely bird- a mamma bird to a smaller one, Paula giftet me with ,in winter.

My sweet doll also had her own pair of wings ,so cute-and se the beautiful old lace,from a dress top-

I was so lucky,that I last year had bought this sweet little bed from my friend Solvejg, and mini Paula, fits beautifully inside ,don`t you think? Now she can rest there -she also have her own chair- as you will see later:)

I so love everything dearest Paula, thankyou from my heart, sweet friend, for all those heart and handmade beautiful art pieces, you gave me, and thankyou mostly for your beautiful friendship.

And this is my Make-Do-it have to go to my real shop to be sold, but for now I enjoy it a bit here :)

We have a lovely but a bit cold saturday here. I hope it will warm up a bit .

THIS COMMUNITY IS THE BEST EVER!!!---AND A SPECIAL GIFT

This morning I was so lost about the problem  I had ,not being able to comment on several of my dearest friends blogs,-and therefore wrote a :"HELP", out to this fantastic community.-------

And ,you are all so wonderful- so many wrote me back,that they had the same problem----- and not to worry- it was a blogger problem,again.THANKYOU my sweetest friends, -where else can we meet such help-and caring people, as here.

And speaking about sweet friends,  I have recieved so many beautiful gifts lately, and this one  came some weeks ago---  I recieved it from one so kind and sweet woman.

Her name is Beth- I`m sure you know her from her blog Gathering  Dust

This is her beautiful tag, laying on top of a tine box...

opening it up ,I found those so sweet and wonderful tiny, baby shoes

Aren`t they the cutest? I so love them

And they came in their original box-well worn ,soft- and beautiful.

Beth new ,I could not find  old leather baby shoes, and found  this lovely pair to me.

Thank you so much Beth- it was so very sweet of you.

See inside the box--I just love this present. 

Tomorrow I will try again, to see if Blogger have fixed this - I so hope.....

A thankyou gift , send to The Netherlands

I had for long wanted to make a thankyou gift for Yvonne ----Yitte  to show her how much her beautiful OWOH gift to me ,means .She made it so extra, and I love it-and looks at it with joy, every day.

So I thought a driftwood angel woul be a right thank you choice!

Also I wanted to show my thankfulness-by adding a heart

And I thought she should have a little nature from Bornholm ,too.

Because this gift from her, was so very beautiful and gorgeus.

This book made with much love and beautiful french fabric`s-was the winning piece - but Yvonne also made a wonderful envelope for it- and then she added a most beautiful collage-(shown last year when winning)

Everything she makes is fantastic- and so beautifully made-

Also wanted to show you my blue Clematis , isen`t it beautiful-and so full of blooms just now.

I had the most wonderful time in Copenhagen, and misses my little Mathilde.

But it is also good to bee home again, to create-.

beautiful paper napkins

Now this is the finished collage, from my last post.

As you can maybe see, I have used a papernapkin to the background.

I found those napkins in an wholesale shop-and bought 12 packages à 12 napkins inside.

You can se there are 4 different prints on them- of beautiful schript.

I will put some in my Etsy  ,if someone could be interested in buying a packet.

I think they are gorgeus for backgrounds for collages of all kind-

AND for putting on your table :)

Tomorrow I`m leaving the island ,to go see my grandchildren in Copenhagen-

and my husbond stayes home,to take care of the shop.

I can`t wait to be with them for some dayes.

So now you know ,what is going on, if I dont get time to visit, you while I`m away.

ETSY MERMAIDS- AND A GORGEUS GIVEAWAY FROM COMON GROUND

I THINK IT IS ABOUT TIME I PUT SOMETHING ON MY ETSY.

So I made 2 small mermaids, a white/grey one and a soft blue/turquise one

They will be added there today. 

I think they are cute

swimming in from "my"  Baltic sea

This is from my walk last week-end and what you see are roots under the asphalt-coming from the poplar`s  you see in my collage here.Can you immagine ---the little new plant,- have the power to break through the asphalt, and join the world-- so amazing.
