Ashok Selvam is the editor of Eater Chicago and a native Chicagoan armed with more than two decades of award-winning journalism. Now covering the world of restaurants and food, his nut graphs are super nutty.

Are you a dazed and confused—yet elated—Cubs fan, putzing around town the day after the team outlasted Cleveland to bring home the North Side’s first World Series win in 108 years? Plenty of Chicago restaurants are offering freebies and other discounts to help celebrate the championship.

Check out this list so you won’t end up eating garbage like Cleveland manager Terry Francona. Free food and the end of the curse? Go crazy, Chicago!

Nando’s Peri-Peri

Fans wearing Cubs gear and dining in at Nando’s West Loop, Wabash, South Loop, Streeterville, Clybourn, Lakeview, Oak Park, Naperville locations can get free quarter chicken, chicken sandwich, wrap, or pita. The promotion last for 108 minutes (get it?) from noon to 1:48 p.m. on Thursday. Excludes drinks and sides.

Aloha Poke Co.

The first 108 customers at Aloha Poke’s Lakeview location near Wrigleyville, 843 W. Belmont Ave. get free crunch bowls. Aloha opens at 10 a.m., so get there fast.

Pork Chop

Over at Pork Chop at 941 W. Randolph St., fans don’t have to dress up. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., they’re giving away free barbecue sandwiches, pulled chicken or pulled pork.

Buona Beef

This promotion is valid at all Buona Beef’s 17 locations scatter around the suburbs, and the location at 10659 S. Western Ave. in Beverly. The official Italian beef of the Cubs will give away Italian beef sandwiches to the first 108 fans who show up at each restaurant.

DMK Burger Bar and Fish Bar

No, DMK and sibling Fish Bar aren’t giving away any food at the Lakeview or suburban Lombard locations. But they are offering free delivery this week through DoorDash. It’s no free lap dance, but it will do.

I Dream of Falafel

IDOF, which has a location at Belmont and Clark, is offering a free side of falafel when you show them this Tweet.

Chuck’s Southern Comfort Cafe

The South Suburbs are celebrating the Cubs win. Chuck’s, with locations in Burbank and Darien, is offering free coffee.

Chick-Fil-A

The controversial fried chicken chain is showing some Cubs love, but not at all locations. Suburban Vernon Hills gave away Chick-n-Minis this morning, and will offer the same promotion from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday.

Over in Schaumburg, famously ridiculed on Saturday Night Live back in 2005 after the White Sox won the World Series, their Chick-Fil-A is offering their own deal.

Palermo Bakery

Over in suburban Norridge, Palermo Bakery is offering free cannoli from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at 7312 W. Irving Park Road. One per fan.

Lifeway Kefir Shop

In Morton Grove, get a free small kefir by wearing Cubs gear.

Beefaroo

The downstate chain, Beefaroo, will sell beef and cheddar sandwiches for $1.08 today if you show them this Tweet.

Windy City Pizza (Virginia Beach, Va.)

Cub Nation extends outside of Chicago. Windy City Pizza is run by transplant Mike Madsen in Virginia Beach and they serve Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Madsen told WTKR-TV, the local CBS affiliate, that he’ll give away free deep-dish slices on from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday Nov. 7. Just in case you know any Cubs fans in the area.
