Otter asks Walrus if he is still eating Halloween candy. He says maybe. Then Otter gets annoyed and tells him that he should stop eating it and that Halloween was weeks ago. However, Walrus says that Halloween is never over, leaving Otter to wonder how he keeps doing that.
