About
Chipper is a small chipmunk who is often seen trying to cheer up Snake. Chipper is very serious when it comes to doing things he likes. He is best friends with Gator. Chipper is very happy and ongoing, and loves his friends. He loves the term "Chups!" and thinks it is very cute. He is also seen eating "potato chups" often so presumably "chups" are chips. He even has a shirt with that phrase on it.

Appearance
Chipper is short and has brown fur. He has big round eyes. When he becomes serious he looks very determined. He has an extremely large tail which is very fluffy and has stripes.
Personality
Chipper is a happy, energetic chipmunk who always likes to help his friends. For instance, when Gator tripped over a rock, Chipper got extremely mad at the rock and kicked it so hard it caught on fire, which is not physically possible.
