The Photo-Atomic Trans-Somgoblulating Yectofantriplutoniczanziptomiser 2000 is the Next-Generation Photo-Copier. It can take any two-dimensional image & transform it into the real thing. It has name plates on both sides of the shields that say "PATSY 2000." It only appeared in "Captain Underpants and the Attack of the Talking Toilets," where Melvin showed off the machine as his invention for the science fair, by using a picture of a mouse to create a mouse. George and Harold are in disbelief, and believe it to be a regular photocopier with the aforementioned mouse hidden inside. Later, George and Harold return to the machine because they wanted to make copies of their comic, and still under the belief that it is actually just a regular photocopier, photocopy their comic with the machine. However, it is revealed that Melvin was not actually lying about it being able to make pictures real, and it brings the Talking Toilets to life.
The eventual fate of the PATSY2000 is unknown.
