The Gerbil Jogger 2000 was one of Professor Poopypants' (who later renamed himself Tippy Tinkletrousers) early inventions. It was created shortly after he became the school's new science teacher, in an attempt to regain the respect of the students. Its intended purpose was so that a pet gerbil could jog along with its owner. While this kept the students grippsed for a while, this did not last long after Poopypants revealed that his middle name is Pee-Pee.

The Gerbil Jogger 2000 has two red Ps together on a lightning bolt. It has a glass screen so the gerbil inside it can be seen. When Professor Poopypants used the Goosy-Grow 4000 to enlarge the jogger, it grew to the size of a large building.

- In Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie, Professor Pippy Pee Pee Poopypants/Tippy Tinkletrousers was supposed to be in a white and purple gerbil jogger. It was later replaced by the Turbo Toilet 2000.
