Carl is one of the Robo-Boogers. He is one of the children of The Bionic Booger Boy. He appeared in Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers.
He is voiced by Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks.

Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers[]
Carl chases George, Harold, Mr. Krupp, and Sulu. He, Frankenbooger, and Trixie are swallowed by Sulu and fired into space, landing on the back of a P.O.O.P.S.I.E.-owned rocket. Later, like his two accomplices, Carl is revealed to have a weakness of oranges and the vitamin C in the fruit destroys him.

In an alternate universe, Carl is seen working as a postbooger delivering mail.
Trivia[]
- Carl's original name was going to be Steve; this is confirmed by looking at the file name on the picture.
- Carl's hairs were created by accident. They weren’t there originally, but after Dav erased some of the paper, all the shavings landed around him, looking like gross little hairs.
