Robert Andrews Hill (1811-1900) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi.
He was nominated by President Andrew Johnson on March 27, 1866. He was confirmed by the Senate on May 1, 1866, and received commission that same day. He retired on August 1, 1891.[1]
