|- Marty has worked with over 400 non-profits in the Denver area working on issues ranging from affordable housing to gun violence to the climate emergency. He has a unique knowledge of where the cities shortcoming are and will empower the partners in the community that are already working on these issues.
- He has helped more than 15 Denver businesses start that have significantly impacted our communities. These businesses range from nonprofits serving our youth with autism to workforce development for the Latino community to helping with the creation of a BIPOC Nonprofit Development Center.
- He has a Master’s in Social Work focusing on nonprofit management. This means that he is trained as a facilitator, to listen, to build coalitions, and to understand the issues affecting people.
Homelessness / Houselessness - addressing the pipeline to houselessness, increasing prevention strategies, and providing additional resources including wraparound services and case management will help the most at - risk individuals in our community.
