What would be your top three priorities, if elected?
“ | 1. Reduce overcrowding and balance school enrollment 2. Prioritize teacher recruitment and retention 3. Promote transparency at all levels of PGCPS and be easily accessible to constituents[4][5] | ” |
What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about? Why?
“ | I am personally passionate about educational equity. I believe all children deserve the opportunity to have an excellent education, regardless of their zip code, family background, or socioeconomic status. In a struggling, underfunded school system, decisions need to be made and enforced that promote strong school cultures and allow for real learning in the classroom.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many[5]

“ | What is your political philosophy?
I hope to act in the best interest of students and teachers at all times and lead our county's public school system with accountability and transparency. I fully believe that educators can make the best decisions for publication, and as a former middle school teacher, I have a clear understanding of the challenges our teachers and students are facing from within the classroom.[5] |
