Biography

John Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. From 1988 to 2022, Mitchell worked at the engineering firm Burns & McDonnell Engineering in Kansas City, Missouri.
