Joanne Osborne (Republican Party) was a member of the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 13. She assumed office on January 14, 2019. She left office on January 9, 2023.
Osborne (Republican Party) ran for election to the Arizona State Senate to represent District 29. She lost in the Republican primary on August 2, 2022.
Biography
Representative Osborne graduated from Southwest Valley Citizen Academy, Flinn Brown Civic Leadership Academy, and Goodyear's Police Citizen Academy. In 2013, she attended and graduated from Harvard University’s “Senior Executives in State and Local Government” program. In her career, Osborne served on the Goodyear city council and was elected Goodyear’s vice mayor. Prior to this position, she served as a member of the Goodyear Planning & Zoning Commission.[1]
