Biography
Jeffrey D. Moffatt is a tax attorney and has lived in the Antelope Valley for 23 years. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University, his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and his J.D. from Glendale University College of Law. He is the owner of the Law Office of Jeffrey D. Moffatt and has one son enrolled in Palmdale School District.
