Biography
J. Adam Lowe earned a B.A. from Lee University, an M.P.A. from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Ph.D. in education policy from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Lowe's career experience includes owning State AVL and The Venue Creekside and working as the executive director of the Cleveland State Community College Foundation. He has served as the vice chairman of the Bradley County Commission and the chairman of the Bradley County Education Committee.[1]
