|My name is Elise Kibler, and I am a pediatrician at Communicare. I am running to encourage better pay for teachers and to make sure all children in the district are given all the tools they need to succeed.
- Improve teacher pay
- Improve teacher morale
- Avoid censorship of our curriculum or library
I want to support our highly qualified teachers within the school district. They deserve strong pay that is competitive enough to routine and attract strong teachers. We also need to support students who are disenfranchised or struggling with learning difficulty or mental health struggles.
Pediatrician - have always been one
To make sure the teachers can do their job and the children are supported
The children and parents of AHISD
Rebuild equity committee
I would ask for feedback from parents
