Brian Kennedy (Democratic Party) is a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 38. He assumed office in 1989. His current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Kennedy (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Rhode Island House of Representatives to represent District 38. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Kennedy earned his B.A. in history and general social studies from Providence College in 1983 and his MBA from Anna Maria College in 1987. His professional experience includes working as a real estate broker/appraiser for Kennedy Realty and Appraisal since 1986.[1] Kennedy began serving as a State Committeeman for District 16/38 in 1988.

Kennedy won re-election in 2010. He was unopposed in the September 14 Democratic primary and defeated Republican Peter Bonk in the November 2 general election.[11][12]
