95Blue Gems are a resource in the Aberration DLC. They are used for crafting various items.
Harvesting[]
Blue Gems can be mined from the various blue crystalline formations found in the Luminous Marshlands in Aberration, in the Aberration Cave in Valguero and in the cave with the ship in Lost Island using a 
Stone Pick. They can also be found from Roll Rat diggings, however the Roll Rat will become aggressive if you pick their debris.
