Lethargic hen, puffed, sleepy

I checked the camera this morning and she seemed to be eating until the waterer fell and caused my chickens to fly around panicked.

When I came out of the coop hours later she was acting lethargic and off, letting me touch her and hold her freely. She would stand still with her tail kind of down and she would slowly sometimes close her eyes. Otherwise she seems fine, shes eating and drinking but I think something might be a little off. It could be shock, worms, or something else, but I have to wait a bit.

I'd wait and see how she is in the morning. If they flew around everywhere, she may have hit the fence or is in a bit of shock.
