Now the next question is...when will I get eggs. 
Well, since you're in Texas you might get them earlier than I do. Any ducklings I get or hatch never start laying until the next year, after winter.

That makes sense! So I may get them in roughly 3 months? Which would be in August. If they lay around 5-6 months old.

Oh, I was wondering, are my ducks done growing or is it just super slow? They're 15 and 13 weeks old now.

Yes, they should be done growing. They should be full size and have molted into their adult plumage by about now.
