Vague and too generalized to be of much help, IMO.
Panting comes way before wing lifting when a bird is hot.

Sorry, but sorely lacking details, especially about ventilation.
"Sturdy" coop(pic from web) does not look to have the mentioned space requirements.

Adjustabilty is a great thing.

Wouldn't think there was enough clearance for the float to work.
Float valve coupled with the drain valve is awesome...
...video proves that, but wondered why the wound quit, wanted to hear the valve shut off.

Also appreciate failure of heater documentation, great idea to put it in a spoiler.

Another great chick integration setup.

This is experiment not done yet, so I have hesitated to rate/review,
but so far the testing protocol and the documentation of the results it is excellent.
I have no doubt that it will be continue to be so.
