Shoppers purchasing more due to click-and-collect 2024, by country

Click-and-collect means shopping online and picking up orders in-store. In 2024, most European shoppers answering a survey stated to have purchased a higher number of products when using click-and-collect services, compared to having them delivered. 50 percent of consumers living in Hungary and France always did that while Austrian shoppers followed with 47 percent.
