The ARC program, also known simply as ARC training,[3] and alternatively known as the Clone Commander training program,[4] was a training program that certain clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Galactic Republic underwent in order to turn them into leaders by developing their individual thinking.[3] Additionally, all Advanced Recon Commandos received the training program prior to attaining their status.[5] The training also served to prepare Advanced Recon Commandos for the special missions they would be tasked with carrying out.[6] Neyo and Rex were among the first one hundred graduates of the ARC program.[4]
