Exitar and Arishem at Pangoria
Pangoria is a planet that Thor crashed on that was destined for judgment by the Celestials. After Arishem the Judge deemed its corrupt inhabitants unworthy, Pangoria was completely remade by Exitar the Executioner with all the rotten elements removed, changing it into a virtual paradise.[1]
