Germany's crude steel production shows strong growth in Nov

According to the German Steel Federation (WV Stahl), Germany's crude steel production in November rose by 8.6% year on year, reaching about 2.91 million tons. Between January and November, total crude steel output increased by 5.3% compared to the same period last year, totaling around 34.49 million tons.

Pig iron production also saw growth, with November output reaching 1.88 million tons, a 7.7% year-on-year increase. For the first 11 months of the year, pig iron production rose by 2.7% year on year, amounting to 22.28 million tons.

Hot-rolled steel production followed a similar upward trend, rising by 7.6% year on year in November to 2.49 million tons. From January to November, hot-rolled steel output grew by 3.9% year on year, totaling about 29.52 million tons.
