OLENTANGY — The Wilmington High School girls wrestling team finished 21st out of 52 teams Sunday in the Pioneer Classic here at Orange High School.

The Clinton-Massie girls swim team finished third Saturday at the Dayton Christian Invitational at the Dayton Raider Swim Club on the strength of victories by Malea Beam in the 200-yard individual medley and 500 freestyle, Erin Belisle in the 50 and 100 free, and Beam and Belisle with Elise Dennis and Ellie Smith in the 400 free relay.

WILMINGTON – The Wilmington College men’s swim team went undefeated in its duals Saturday afternoon at the WC natatorium, defeating Ohio Athletic Conference foe Heidelberg University, 130-43, and Anderson University (Ind.), 102-81.

WILMINGTON —The Wilmington College men’s basketball team went down to the wire Saturday afternoon in Hermann Court with the Baldwin Wallace University Yellow Jackets before falling 61-58 at Fred Raizk Arena.

WILMINGTON – Outscoring Wilmington College 31-15 late in the game, Baldwin Wallace defeated WC 68-52 Saturday in Ohio Athletic Conference women’s basketball at Fred Raizk Arena.
