Chicken has had one closed for about a week. Initially lethargic, not eating or drinking for about 2 days. We separated her from flock. She began drinking and eating again on day 3 and doesn't seem to be as lethargic. Her eye is still closed. Other eye looks fine. Should I continue to quarantine or put her back with flock? The eye looks a little swollen but not as bad as first few days.

They might pick on her if she is not completely healed. I have had more than my share of eye problems with chickens, mostly chronic and they didn't do well all the time with the flock. You can try a hot compress on the eye then rinse it with saline followed by terramycin for a few days and see if that gets her eye better.
