قربِ قیامت

کھوٹ ہے رشتوں میں

خالی ہیں صدف سے سیپیاں

پانیوں میں آبدوزیں ہیں رواں

لہروں پہ ٹوٹے بادباں…

آسمانوں پر نہ سورج، چاند نہ تاروں کی ضو

راستوں میں خار ہیں،

اب ہواؤں میں ابابیلیں نہیں… پتھر نہیں

ہاتھیوں کی آہنی یلغار ہے

ٹوٹنے کو ہیں قلم… پرکار سب

منظروں میں رنگ کا فقدان ہے

خالی خالی کینوس فنکار کا

بس لہو کا رنگ ہے

یا… زندگی میں تاابد پھیلا ہوا

کالا دھواں…!
