دھوپ اپنی اُنگلیاں چٹخا رہی ہے

سردیاں

پارک کے کونے میں رکھے

بنچ پر ٹانگیں پسارے

اونگھتی ہیں

اوڑھنی گہرے گلابی رنگ میں لپٹی

ہنسی کو آنکھ میں بھر کر

پھسلتی جا رہی ہے

دل ، تمہاری یاد سے خالی

قریباً ہو چکا ہے

پھر بھی کوئی بات ہے جو

دل کی شریانوں سے چمٹی جا رہی ہے

یاد ہے ، یا بات ہے،یا بے سبب سا وسوسہ ہے

کوئی سلسلہ ہے

اور ۔۔۔سردیاں ۔۔۔!
