شب فرقت کی تیرگی توبہ

اللہ اللہ یہ زندگی توبہ

الجھنیں دے گئے ہیں ہنس ہنس کر

ان کا انداز سادگی توبہ

وہ چلے آئیں جب گلستاں میں

کہہ اٹھیں گل یہ تازگی توبہ

خم بہ خم پی کے بھی نہ بجھ پائی

توبہ میری یہ تشنگی توبہ

یہ بھی فن آزما کے دیکھ لیا

کام آئی نہ بندگی توبہ

allah allah ye zindagi tauba

uljhanen de gae hain hans hans kar
un ka andaz-e-sadgi tauba

wo chale aaen jab gulistan mein
kah uThen gul ye tazgi tauba

KHum-ba-KHum pi ke bhi na bujh pai
tauba meri ye tishnagi tauba

ye bhi fan aazma ke dekh liya
