وہ تیرے التفات کا موسم گزر گیا

غنی احمد غنی

وہ تیرے التفات کا موسم گزر گیا

اچھا ہوا یہ بوجھ بھی سر سے اتر گیا

تھا منحصر خرابی دل پر سکون زیست

بگڑے ہم اس طرح کہ زمانہ سنور گیا

اب چشم آرزو میں کوئی داستاں نہیں

افسانۂ حیات کوئی ختم کر گیا

جیسے نسیم چھو کے گزر جائے کوئی پھول

تیرا خیال یوں مرے دل سے گزر گیا

اے خون آرزو ترا احسان کیا کہوں

تو کشت آرزو مری شاداب کر گیا

بزم وفا میں وہ ہمہ تن گوش تھے مگر

ہونٹوں تک آ کے حرف تمنا کدھر گیا

عمر بہار اور غنیؔ اتنی مختصر

جھپکی جو آنکھ قافلۂ دل گزر گیا

کیا پوچھتے ہو تم خلش دل کا ماجرا

دامان آرزو کوئی کانٹوں سے بھر گیا

wo tere iltifat ka mausam guzar gaya
achchha hua ye bojh bhi sar se utar gaya

tha munhasir KHarabi-e-dil par sukun-e-zist
bigDe hum is tarah ki zamana sanwar gaya

ab chashm-e-arzu mein koi dastan nahin
afsana-e-hayat koi KHatm kar gaya

jaise nasim chhu ke guzar jae koi phul
tera KHayal yun mere dil se guzar gaya

ai KHun-e-arzu tera ehsan kya kahun
tu kisht-e-arzu meri shadab kar gaya

bazm-e-wafa mein wo hama-tan-gosh the magar
honTon tak aa ke harf-e-tamanna kidhar gaya

umr-e-bahaar aur 'ghani' itni muKHtasar
jhapki jo aankh qafla-e-dil guzar gaya

kya puchhte ho tum KHalish-e-dil ka majra
daman-e-arzu koi kanTon se bhar gaya
