A 60-minute introduction and review of ARC’s fundamental concepts, features, functions, and capabilities. Assumes little to no ARC platform exposure. A prerequisite for other sessions. Register Now

What’s New and Fresh in ARC (FREE for all users)
Updates on ARC’s latest releases and how to use them to your advantage. Register Now

Domain Configuration & Optimization
Advanced understanding of the various scanning configuration settings to fine tune domain scanning efficiency and gain a more effective, thorough, and accurate data set.

User Flow Fundamentals
An overview of the methods and techniques for simulating user interactions with scripts while crawling and analyzing pages or specific page components.

Advanced Features
The Advanced Features training will demonstrate the platform in use in an accessibility program to show how to leverage ARC effectively to achieve accessibility maturity. The main focus is on large organizations and enterprises, but there is also plenty here for smaller organizations and accessibility newbies.

Administration Fundamentals
Review of the ARC platform features available only to Admin level users, such as features related to the account, account users, and scanning configurations.

API Fundamentals
Review of ARC’s native API capabilities and a basic HTML example using ARC API calls.

Cohort training is provided to multiple teams at once and provides flexibility for your teams to register for their training as their schedule permits.

Each session is held at least 2x a month; Platform Familiarization is held 3x a month. Choose from an AM (starting at 11AM ET) and PM (starting at 2PM ET) session to accommodate all time zones.

Register for the Basic free sessions through the Session Schedule. Users with the Advanced package will receive an email with links to all sessions.

Yes! In fact, we encourage it and leave time at the end of every training session to answer client-specific questions.

You can join the free sessions at any time with no limit on the number of times you participate. Organizations with an Advanced Empowerment package will have 90 days to register for the sessions; those with a Pro package will have 120 days.

There is no limit to the number of people who can join; you’ll get an unlimited number of seats.

Advanced and Pro packages include platform support tickets. Organizations with Basic packages may purchase support tickets separately.
