Wills: First St Andrews interview.

PRINCE WILLIAM has spoken for the first time about the pressures of his new life at St Andrews University.

In a frank interview in today's Sunday Mail he reveals how he skipped Freshers' Week because "I thought I would probably end up in a gutter completely wrecked".

Wills, who will move into student digs today, admitted he would always be on his guard against hangers-on, but said he was determined to have "fun".

He said: "People who try to take advantage of me and get a piece of me - I spot it quickly and soon go off them."
