CAN Bob the Builder really be No1? Yes he can. The cartoon carpenter is top of the pops again with his cover of Lou Bega's Mambo No5.Bob beat Starlight, by Supermen Lovers, into second place - nine months after his debut Can We Fix It? robbed Eminem's Stan of the Christmas top spot.
Celebrating with Virgin hostess Angela Coplett on a flight to Canada last night, actor Neil Morrissey, the voice of Bob, claimed his cartoon pal had all the luck.
He said: "The ladies love him."
