Cancellation policy is as follows:

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions

Monthly renewing subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing membership at any time during the month. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. There is a 5 day processing time upon receipt of cancellation request.

Annual Renewing Subscriptions

Annual renewing subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be pro-rated at time of cancellation and will include a 25% early-cancellation penalty. Refunds may be applied to another product subscription without penalty.

Modification

Standard Journal reserves the right to revise the terms of this Policy. Any changes made will apply to all subscriptions created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.

Delivery Method

Newspaper carriers (independent contractors) deliver the Standard Journal Monday through Friday by 5 p.m. and Saturdays by 7 a.m. There is no Sunday edition. Standard Journal does not deliver on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas.
