CLIMATE
Hyderabad has a unique combination of a Tropical
Wet and Dry climate that borders on a hot semi
arid climate.
Days are hot and dry, usually going up to extreme
highs of 40 deg. While the Nights are cool with
pleasant breezes.

TOPOGRAPHY
CONTOURS
The existing land has sloping from North West to
South East .
So they created an artificial Lake to store the
rainwater which later uses for plants in the campus.
And this Lake brings cool breezes into the Academic
block.
VEGETATION
60% of the Campus is covered with wide variety of
Tress, Plants and Shrubs.
Most part of this 60% is covered with lawns.
Existing tress ranges up to height of 8mts with a
diameter of 3-5mts.
CONCEPT
The main idea and the concept of this campus is inspired by the
traditional Indian grid systems of VAASTU PUSUSHA MANDALA.
The architects also drew on symbolic and practical functions of
traditional Indian architecture.
Architect Vikram Lall passionate towards the conservation and
promotion of Indian culture and heritage.

There are 4 Student Villages at the four
corners of the Campus. Each Student
Village can accommodate 130 to 200
students in a mix of four-bedroom and
studio apartments.
All apartments are air-conditioned and
fully furnished.

sqm
• Each SV has around 10 -12 blocks.
• Each block typically has 6 apartments 2 in
each floor
