    INTRODUCTION

     Upcoming project in NCET .

     Construction company- NCC.
     Proposed girls hostel block .
     A SBC of 18T/sq. m .
    BUILDING DETAILS

     Hostel building of total 5454 square metre built up area .


     A total of 80 rooms of 7.015 area in each floor.
     Each floor with a exclusive warden rooms , utility rooms , yoga hall , first aid , TV room ,
    library room.
     Each floor has the capacity of 80 students accommodation.
     The project is scheduled for about 12 months.

     Quantity survey is description of the
    quantity , estimation , bar bending schedule .
     Through MS excel we can estimate the
    quantity and BBS.
     Footing = 40 lakh .(approx)
     Ground floor = 66.37 lakh .(approx)
