Q1: What do you think is a healthy lifestyle ?
I think a healthy lifestyle is to have good habits and to be healthy, spending free time
doing things that have you improve yourself
- to be mentally healthy, you can avoid being tired, always being happy and cheerful.
In order to achieve this, we need to have a structured schedule and to be responsible
to yourself. Reading a book, doing excersise, hanging out with your friends and
playing sports are good ways to be mentally healthy
Q2: have you ever feel streessed and what would you do in order to get better ?
Yes, I have, I felt stressed when I studied for the entrance exam for highschool. At
that time, I had to spend 3 months studying non stop without having any rest. I felt
frustrated and tired when went to class. To get better, i always hanged out with my
friends and had nice time together playing football in our freetime. I also had many
encouragements from relatives and friends. Moreover, telling myself to try harder was
another method to boost my mental.
Q3: Do you think that staying up late is a bad habit given that some people have to
work overnight in order to finish their task?
In my opinion, it is a way for people to destroy their body and mental. Because
working late can result in many health problems. When you stay up late, you don’t
have enough time to relax, your mental health will encounter many issues such as
stress, you will feel extremely tired in the next morning, futhermore, mental problems
such as anxiety, depression or insomnia can be difficult to treat later on in the future.
Personally, the best way to face this problem is to arrange your work/task
pefectly/reasonably/structurally, and then strictly follow your plan. You also need to
be responsible for your plan.
