Ingredients for a burger
Hamburger bun (2 pieces)
Ground beef (150 g)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Sliced cheese (1 slice, optional)
Lettuce (1 leaf)
Tomato slices (2-3 slices)
Onion (1-2 slices, optional)
Ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard (to taste)
Oil or butter (to toast bread and cook meat)
Preparation
1. Prepare the meat
Form the ground beef into a ball and flatten it to create a uniform disk
the size of the skillet.
Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Cook the meat
In a hot pan, place a little oil or butter.
Cook the meat over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or
until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness.
If you want cheese, place it on the meat while it is still hot so it can melt.
3. Toast the bread
In the same pan, heat the bread on the inside until lightly golden.
4. Assemble the burger
Spread ketchup, mayonnaise or mustard on the bottom of the bread.
Place the meat with cheese.
Add the lettuce, tomato and onion.
Cover with the top of the bread.
5. Serve and enjoy
Serve with fries, salad or simply enjoy alone
