thasya bhaja they-na-ha,
useedhara-va madha-ra ,
thasma aranga maa-ma-va-gha,
yas-ya sha-yaa-ya jin-va-tha,
aapo janaeya-tha jha na-ha,
6.Mantraa-chamanam (after chanting drink the water in hand)

suryas-cha maa-man-yucha mann-yu patha=yacha mann-yu krithae-
bhiya-ha,
paa-pae-bhiyo raksh-yanthaam yath-rath-riya paa-pa-maharsham
manasa va-chaa hasthab-yaam,
path-bhya-mudha-raena chinna rath-ris tha-tha-valum-padhu,
yath-kinjam dhuri-dham ma-yee,
edha maham maa-mum-rudha-yo-now,
sarir-yae jio-dhi-she ji-hoo-mi swaaha
Afternoon:
aapa-ha punin-dhu prithi-veem prithi-vee bhu-tha punaa-dhu maam,
punin-dhu pra-ham-ma-nal pathir bhram-ma bhu-tha punaa-dhu mom
yudha sishta ma-poj-yam yadh-va dhu-jari-dham ma-ma.
Sarvam punin-dhu maa-maa-pa-ga asa-dhan-cha prathi-ka-rahak-kus-va-
haa.
Evening:
Agni-cha maa-mann-yu-chha mann-yu-pa-tha-yach-cha mann-yu-krithae-
bhya-haa,
Paa-paae-bhyo raksh-yan-thaam, ya-than-na paa-pa-mahar-sham,

Afternoon: Chant “Hamsa-ha suchith vasi-run-tha rishi-shath hoo-oh-thaa
vadhi-sha tha-thi-thir thu-row-na-sath, indru-shath-va-ra-shath ru-tha-
shath vi-yoo-ma-sha thap-jaa ko-jaw Rutha-jaw“ and pour argyam three
times
Evening: Chant Gayanthri mantra and pour argyam three times

(Using both hands touch the center chest and chant the mantra)
