ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Philippine National PKI Orientation

I. INTRODUCTION
Linga Elementary School conducted orientation about the Philippine National PKI last August 13, 2021. The

session started at exactly 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Topics were discussed by the Resource Speakers and ICT

Coordinators namely Mrs. Vivien C. Buag and Glenn Dean R. Ravelas and also with our Administrative Officer

II, Mr. Chris Dominic Ella. They discussed the importance of PNPKI such as to ensures confidentiality,

authenticity of electronic transactions and documents. It allows users of public networks to exchange

important data in secure manner. It also aims to encourage online transactions by providing added security in

exchanging private data and sensitive documents over the Internet using digital certificates.

After the discussion, we were taught how to input and answer the data needed in the PNPKI form. The

Speakers were very much willing to assist us and to answer our queries.
