Introduction
Brigada Eskwela is a volunteerism program which is annually launched to prepare the public
schools for the opening of classes enlivening the spirit of solidarity among the school personnel,
students, and stakeholders. Healthy and safe learning environment denotes a child-friendly and
hazard-free classroom where children feel safe and valued at all times.
Brigada Eskwela encourages the teachers, students, and stakeholders to work together for the
preparation of class opening. Moreover, there are fundraising activities that would contribute in
making a healthy and safe learning environment.
Project Background
This pandemic has brought challenges to all the schools on how to raise fund for the
maintenance and beautification of the school premises. Likewise, our school is also struggling on how
to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness with a limited fund.
In line with this, the Panganiban National High School aims to broaden sources for the
beautification of the school premises through an activity that will also beneficial for our students: A
Supplemental Project for the Beautification of PNHS Amenities and Facilities. With this activity, the
school would raise fund to contribute in maintaining the cleanliness and develop a school disaster-
prepared, ecologically conscious and conducive to learning. This will continue what Brigada Eskwela
means, to bring together the teachers, students and the stakeholders to work together with one goal.
The project is open for the Panganiban NHS students, parents and stakeholders to buy and
support this project. The materials like dresses, tops, pants and shoes were already washed and
sanitized. And, fitting of the items especially dresses, blouses and trousers will not be allowed. This is
to avoid the exposure to risks of COVID 19. The proponent of this project acknowledges the
perception of face to face interactions but rest assured that this activity will follow and observe the
precautionary health measures of the DOH and IATF protocols guided with the DepEd Order 15, s.
2020.
