    Dear Sir/Madam:

    In DepEd Memorandum 048 s. 2021, issued on Aug. 2, 2021, DepEd Secretary Briones said the opening of classes
    on September 13 is pursuant to Republic Act 11480 and is in line with the department's commitment to ensure
    that education continue amid the challenges of face-to-face classes brought by the Covid-19 pandemic.

    In preparation for the opening of classes, our school, San Juan National High School conducted the kick-off
    Program for Brigada Eskwela last August 3, 2021. This marks the start of the annual activity starting August 3,
    2021 to September 30, 2021. "The slogan of Brigada Eskwela, Bayanihan para sa Paaralan shall be adopted as
    the theme for this year to emphasize the country's collective efforts in promoting collaboration for safe living
    and addressing social issues and concerns in schools, at homes and in the community."  

    It is in this premise that the undersigned, on behalf of San Juan National High School, is knocking on your
    generous hearts to help us raise funds for our Brigada Eskwela. More so, we are tapping on your shoulders to
    serve as Brigada heroes during the said event. Should you accept our invitation, please contact us for further
    details through the following numbers: ___________________ (Smart) _________________ (Globe).

    Among the activities that will help the learners, the teachers and the school to make it ready for the next school
    year are:
    1. School Supplies/Health and Hygiene Kit Pantry
    2. Brigada Pagbasa in collaboration with the parents/para-teachers
    3. Learning Home Space/Class Home
    4. Gulayan sa Tahanan
    5. Renovation of school canteen

    Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the said school program.
    This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our school envisions to
    shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
