    I. Preliminaries Mrs. Jamielor N. Balmediano does the following:
     Greeted the parents and guardians.
     Checked the parents’ body temperature.
     Instructed the parents to sign the attendance sheet.
     Checked the attendance of the guardians and parents.
    II. Meeting Proper Ma. Jamielor N. Balmediano, the Grade 9 adviser, introduced the agenda of
    Call to Order the said meeting.
    III. Notes Mrs. Balmediano, the Grade 9 adviser discussed the followings.
    I. DISCIPLINE
    A. UNIFORMS
     Schedule of uniforms of the students.
    Girls: MWF- Blouse and Skirt
    TTh-White T-shirt and Skirt
    Boys: MWF- Polo and Slacks
    TTh- White T-shirt and Slacks
    B. CELLPHONES
     Bringing of cellphones is strictly prohibited unless
    the teacher advised students to have such.
     No taking/Post inside the Campus
    C. ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL
     The arrival of students in the morning is before
    7 :00 am & in the afternoon 12:50 or 12:55
     The dismissal of students in the morning is 11:45 &

    in the afternoon is 4:30.


    D. SIRA MO! PALIT MO!
     They agreed that the door of the comfort room that
    they broke will be replaced with a new one. They agreed
    also to contribute to buy a door & labor for installation.
    II. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENT
    A. The adviser presented the accomplished projects that were
    proposed during the first HRPT meeting last August 26, 2022. The
    expenses and donations were presented at the said meeting.
    They agreed that the available fund will be used in buying
    medicine kits, flashlights, & Radio. They also agreed that every
    student will donate a hard hat.
    III. GULAYAN SA PAARALAN
     The adviser introduced the need of having a Gulayan in the
    school preferably for the Grade 9 learners.
     The parents agreed and promised to help in preparing the
    Gulayan sa Paaralan.
    IV. READING PROGRAM
     The result of a reading assessment of the Grade 9
    learners was presented.
     The improvement of the late bloomers concerning
    reading was also presented.
     The parents/guardians agreed on the setup of the
    Grade 9 learners during the conduct of reading
    remediation and intervention.
    V. AWARDING OF CERTIFICATES
     The adviser presented the awardees and congratulated all
    the students for passing in first quarter. Students were also
    advised to keep on studying hard to become better for them
    to reach their goals in life.
    VI. REPORT CARD VIEWING
     The adviser presented the cards of the Grade 7 learners to
    their parents and guardians.
    VII. OTHERS
     The adviser gives emphasis on the following concerns:
     Feedback of the students who needed guidance.
     Feedback of the students who are not meet the
    grade requirement for with honors
    I. Others  The parents were encouraged to monitor the progress of their child
    by having good communication to the adviser and teachers; use all
    the means to do so.
    II. Adjournment  The meeting adjourned at 10 o’clock.
