    Project Title: Help Everyone, Respect Others (H.E.R.O.

    Problem Statement:
    Cabilaoan Agro-Industrial High School received issues on learners being
    bullied which has negative effects on the students and the school as well.
    Project Objective Statement:
    To reduce the bullying cases among learners from 15 to 1 to 5 cases for the
    next school year (2022-2025)
    Root Cause:
    Students are experiencing problems from home and schools that leads to anger
    or frustrations.
