Mr. Patrick Louie D. Guardian, to go to your office and get the documents related to the
cancellation of my tax declaration number on my behalf. And he will also process the payment
of real property tax because I am not in the country for the time being. Attached herewith is
our photocopy of a valid ID for identification purposes.
