Minutes of Meeting for Expansion of Face-to-Face Classes


The first meeting of expansion of face-to-face classes for the year 2021-2022, was held on
February 7, 2022 at Kindergarten classroom and grade one classroom. All parents in Pinaghawanan
Elementary School was attended together with teaching staff and they were divided into two groups to
follow the safety protocols against covid-19. First batch (Key Stage 1) was started at eight o’clock to nine
o’clock in the morning and the second batch (Key stage 2) was started at nine o’clock to ten o’clock in
the morning.
The first part of the meeting was formally started with a prayer led by Ms. Meccarlene D. Dotado
a Kindergarten adviser. The Welcome address was delivered by Mrs. Eloisa G. Estremadura a Grade
one adviser for first batch and for second batch is Ms. Honey Chell E. Abdon a grade five adviser.
The meeting proper commenced. The agendum of the meeting was the incoming progressive
expansion of face-to-face classes. Mrs. Ellen E. Carmona a school teacher In-charge shared the
operational guidelines on the implementation of limited face to face learning modality, school safety
assessment tool for the pilot study on the face-to-face learning modality and the parental consent and
waiver form.
Most of parents are agreed on limited face to face, the survey was done during meeting by raising
their hands then the waiver and consent was given. Furthermore, as per agendum of the school’s
development and the maintenance, it was communicated to the parents that the local community and
the school will coordinate with the beautification and cleanliness of classroom and school surrounding.
The parents were assigned location which they will be held responsible for.
As all other pertinent concern were dealt with for the time being, the meeting was adjourned at
exactly nine o’clock for first batch and ten o’clock for second batch, with the same number of attendees.
